Depending on your role, you may provide account information, artist or venue profile details, location information, biography text, images, music or social links, booking preferences, messages, and other content you choose to add.

Account authentication is handled through our authentication infrastructure. We use account identifiers and role information to provide the correct Fan, Artist, and Venue workspaces.

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. The Artist Wall uses payment and subscription identifiers, status information, plan information, and transaction-related metadata needed to provide paid memberships and premium entitlements. We do not need to store your full payment-card number in our application database.

We may process platform activity such as profile views, follows, discovery sources, booking inquiries, messages, and similar interactions in order to provide platform features, analytics, safety, support, and product improvement.

Artist and venue profiles are designed to be publicly discoverable when published. Information placed on a public profile, including images, location text, biography content, and external links, may be visible to visitors and search engines.

Information is used to operate accounts, provide role-based workspaces, publish profiles, support discovery and following, process memberships, deliver analytics, enable communication and booking inquiries, protect the service, troubleshoot issues, and improve the platform.

We rely on service providers for infrastructure and platform operation, including services used for hosting, database and authentication, payments, and related technical functions. Those providers process information according to their own agreements and privacy practices.

You control the profile information and links you choose to publish. Account or profile changes may affect what remains visible publicly. Certain records may be retained when necessary for billing, fraud prevention, security, legal obligations, dispute resolution, or legitimate business records.

This policy may be updated as The Artist Wall adds features or changes service providers. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when material revisions are published.
