FAQ

Questions, answered.

The essentials for joining, artist and band eligibility, billing, Founder status, fan accounts, venue accounts, and booking inquiries.

Can a band join The Artist Wall?

Yes. The Artist role is for solo artists, local bands, duos, and other independent music acts. A band can create one Artist profile under the band name, appear on the Wall, connect with fans and venues, and use the same Artist features and plans.

What is a Founding Artist?

Founder #00001 through #10000 are the first 10,000 artists to join the paid Wall. Their Founder number remains part of their Artist Wall history permanently.

What happens after Founder #10000?

The platform continues on Wall 2 beginning with Wall #10001. Founding status closes, but new artists can continue joining The Artist Wall.

Does a Founder lose the Founder number after downgrading?

No. Founder recognition stays with the artist. A downgrade changes current plan benefits and Wall footprint, not the historical Founder number.

Are Fan accounts free?

Yes. Fan accounts are free and can be used to discover and follow artists and use available fan community features.

Can one login be an Artist, Fan, and Venue?

Yes. One account can hold multiple roles, and members can switch between the workspaces available on their account.

How do artist upgrades work?

Upgrades during an active term can use the applicable price difference or prorated difference. The checkout screen shows the amount due before payment.

How do downgrades work?

A downgrade is scheduled for the end of the current paid term. The artist keeps current premium benefits until that effective date.

Does The Artist Wall guarantee bookings?

No. The platform provides discovery and booking-inquiry tools, but it does not guarantee that an artist or venue will accept an inquiry, reach an agreement, or complete an event.

Does The Artist Wall represent artists?

Not by default. Artist profiles and booking tools are platform features and do not by themselves create an agency, management, employment, partnership, or exclusive representation relationship.
